Amos Sweet - son of David Sweet and Mercy Sweet of Beekman, Dutchess, NYI believed for some time that this Amos was 'our Amos'. However upon finding a school record listing his children, I no longer believe this man is ours. Amos undoubtedly lived for a time in Rensselaer County, New York, and then moved, as did his father David to Beekman, Dutchess, New York.
